Tin Foil Hats: Feel Good Fashion for 2012

There just may be something to this whole “wrapping one’s noodle in foil” regimen after all. Maybe that guy living under the over-pass was right: They can hear our thoughts. Or, can they?

Either way, something’s afoot in Denmark. And The Russian Republic, and Canada, and the UK and the United States, and countless other countries. And, it’s causing millions of people to be wrought with depression and illness. It’s time someone speak up about what’s flying through the ethers — not to cause some sort of George Orwell riot, but because there is actually something we can do about it.

I’ve noticed a resounding difference in the ethers the past seven months. I’ve identified the energy signatures of these changes as additional geothermal pressure being released by the earth’s crust while plates continue to move. I’ve also identified these changes as a heightened EMF field due to some extremely large and low-hanging inter-dimensional OffWorld craft belonging to a very helpful ET race who is attempting to help us with these moving plates. Yet there has also been another presence in the ethers, a presence that took a little more “decoding” in my energetic sweep in order to identify.

And I can’t say I’m too happy about my findings.

I’ve long-insisted that I fare better in areas where nature is more prevalent. I would call it the “nature vibe”. I always figured my attraction to natural areas was largely in part due to the fact that I was born in Montana. Also, as a person with as many sixth sense aptitudes as I have online at any one given moment, I prefer to be around less people in my off time. Don’t get me wrong — I love people, a whole lot. I’m Italian, so I’m inherently social. It’s just that I don’t always love all the energetic struggles that come with people. When you’re wired like I’m wired, being around a never-ending stream of people is like being in a 12 x 12 room with one thousand sprinklers. You’re going to get wet.

All those reasons being stated, I’ve always attested to the fact that the earth had a resonance that was pleasing to my spirit. I prefer the pulse of the trees over the echoing resonance of concrete. I’ve recently found out that this same “earthly heartbeat” I am so attracted to has a name – the Schumann Resonance. Indeed, this detectable “pulse” to the planet comes from our Ionosphere and is readable at 7.83 Hertz. Now keep in mind, this isn’t a “tone” or “sound”, but a “pulse” – more like a drum beat. So my obsession with the “pulse” of the earth was not simply my Montana bias. Shocking, but refreshingly true.

It turns out that the Schumann Resonance is also the same wavelength that is the most pleasing for the human brain. What does that even mean and why would that matter? Well, there are two naturally occurring electrical generators on earth: Lightning, and the human brain. Our brains are giant electrical nets that are highly susceptible to EMF (Electro Magnetic Fields) and they act as both a transmitter and a receiver, like a radio tower. This is one of the reasons that Psychic phenomenon and telepathy can be “turned on” in an individual if there is evidence of a head injury. Though the aptitudes themselves are spiritual, we live in a flesh suit, and all of our hardware for processing thought is physical. A “thought” is an electrical spark between two synapses. To watch a human brain function under a scan is like watching fireflies blink on and off amidst a sea of tiny firecrackers. Our thoughts are electrical arcs beings conducted by a sea of salt water and chemicals in our brain. Our brain waves are the “pulse” at which our brain decides to process information.

Brainwaves are our “drummer” to which we march. They are a pulse. For musicians, brain waves are like a MIDI clock, or a metronome. For those who go to the gym, brain waves are like the pace set by the treadmill. They keep us on track.

For instance, if we hit the Gamma brain wave cycle – the fastest pulse at 30-60Hz – we’re in for a bumpy ride with muscle tension, health issues, and fear brought on by a hyper awareness. This is not a good space for folks to hang out. For those who suffer with manic illnesses, they know the Gamma cycle’s discomfort all too well. For most of us, this is where our brain goes when we’re overly-stressed. It’s not a happy place.

Most of our day is spent in Beta brain waves, which is at 14-30 Hz. The Beta wave cycle is our ability to cope with the outer world —  our awareness, daily action, verbal communication, and it’s where we tune in to solve complex problems. This is our nine-to-five setting.

Alpha brain waves pulse at 9-13 Hz and create our “Daydream” zone. This is a calm mental space — relaxed — where meditation will occur. It’s referred to as the bridge between the conscious and the unconscious mind. Alpha brain waves have to do with processing who we are on the inside, not the outside.

Theta brain waves pulse at 4-8 Hz and it is in this cycle where we connect with our Psychic abilities, deep meditation, spiritual awareness, inner peace, healing, inspiration, and intuition. There is a reason that the saying “slow down your mind” is literally – a good idea. I spend a vast amount of my day in the Theta cycle, and it makes sense that I feel better after I’ve read for my clients. My brain waves are sitting in a spot that is maximized for mental, spiritual, and Psychic health.

The Earth’s Pulse, The Schumann Resonance, sits at 7.83 Hz, which falls in the Theta brain wave cycle. The Earth’s natural heartbeat inspires us to connect to our spiritual and Psychic selves, and to heal. It is the “happy place” in which human brain waves oscillate. Once the human brain wave pattern settles into 7.83 Hz, it’s been scientifically proven that our immune systems function much more effectively, as does our physical regeneration. We sleep better and our cells regenerate faster, so aging isn’t as intense.

If our brain waves slow down to 0.1-4 Hz, we are in the Delta cycle, which is our point of deepest relaxation. Sleep takes place in the Delta wave area as does the most intense healing. Delta waves are what connect us with our subconscious.

Many brain wave cycles are associated specifically with biological functions. For instance, brain waves at 10Hz inspire the production of serotonin which creates a natural euphoria, or high. If our brain waves lock into a 6 Hz cycle for an extended length of time, the result is depression, cellular degradation, and a weakend immune system, even though technically, 6 Hz is within the Theta Wave zone.

Brain waves operate in the ELF (Extremely Low frequency) field. Our brains not only originate a transmission signal, or brain wave cycle, but they are susceptible to a more dominant signal on the outside of our skulls, like a radio tower picking up a stronger signal from 50 miles away. If our brain picks up this signal, it will alter its own brain wave pattern to match the stronger incoming signal.

This is where I began to feel unhappy with my findings as I was plucking information from the ethers.

It appears that the military uses VLF signals (Very Low Frequency) that travel through not only the ground but bounce off the ionosphere. These VLF signals are utilized in order to set clocks and encrypt data. And to which frequency does this signal happen to be tuned? Well, more often than not – 6 Hz, the same bandwidth that causes lethargy, depression, and physical ailments in the human biosystem such as autism.

Yeah, that station’s a real winner on the dial.

I thought to myself: Surely, this choice on the part of the military to send such a destructive signal all over the place must be a strange coincidence, since ELF fields of 6.67 Hz to 6.26 Hz and lower tend to produce symptoms of confusion, anxiety, depression, tension, fear, mild nausea and headaches, arthritic-like aches, insomnia, extended reaction times, and many other thought-interrupting and vegetative disturbances.

It must be purely coincidental that these military VLF frequencies are being broadcast full-blast during this era of outrageous pharmaceutical TV ads for every anti-depressant, sleep aid, sexual enhancers, outrageous spike in autism diagnosis, and arthritis medicine…right?

Wrong.

Once I started peeling this onion, I was both fascinated and horrified by the results.

It appears that human brainwave manipulation is old news. It dates back to Nazi Germany. The psychoactive effect of brain wave manipulation is still used today. As Robert C. beck wrote in 1978:

“And by artificially amplifying or altering or distorting these geomagnetic fields, or transmitting specific and coherent frequencies, vast segments of earth’s populations could be affected. This now becomes an attractive modality of psychological or psionic warfare; or intentional modification of moods that could reflect in areas ranging from time-specific insomnia to stock market fluctuations. (There have been recent epidemics of 4:00 to 5:30 AM “worry”, insomnia coinciding with the 9 Hz “Schumann” drop-out as observed in journals of geomagnetic research.)

On several occasions within the last few years, our laboratory began detecting wavetrains in the ELF ranges that could not be of natural origin. These may or may not be related to recent Soviet transmissions of radio energy spread over broad segments of the frequency spectrum ranging up to 28 MHz. Danish monitoring stations report that peak powers of these signals are on the order of 40 megawatts. Transmitters are presumably located near Riga or Gomel. Transmissions have disrupted lawful radio communications throughout the world, and have been protested by many nations. The Soviets have not given an adequate explanation of the purpose of these tests. An early supposition assumed Soviet experiments with over-the horizon radar. Perhaps the psychoactive EM components are unexpected side-effects of this new technology.

Canadian Department of Transport monitoring sources have established that spectrum analysis of these strange signals appear to be higher harmonics of a fundamental frequency of 6.67 Hz. (The Tesla fo) . The signals are modulated with pulses with repetition rates of 5 to 15 pulses per second, usually 10 Hz.

Besides modifying the electrical, ionic, and stratospheric jet stream equilibrium weather-motion factors, the signals fall precisely within the windows known to be psychoactive.

The Canadians report alarming mood-alterations in certain areas of Eastern Canada, such as near Timmins and Kirkland Lake, Ontario, which observers believe are linked to Soviet transmissions.

Since both theory and laboratory tests prove that magnetic (H-wave) shielding is impossible at these psycho-active frequencies, even with highly sophisticated multiple iron or mu-metal shielding, it can be speculated that ELF signals can be a powerful potential weapon with global capabilities in psycho-physiological warfare. (The wavelength of an 8 Hz signal is 22,159 miles).”

I myself have noticed that I’ve had bouts of “worries” at 5:00 am, for no apparent reason other than a change in the ethers. I couldn’t energetically locate geothermal disturbances, which can also cause anxiety, and my OffWorld friends were above our atmosphere, so I wasn’t picking up EMF brain wave interruption from their gigantic low-hanging craft. Yet I was picking up a very distinct frequency that was identifiable as being outside my head.

Yep. Nothing creepy about that.

Am I ready to stand on a soapbox in the middle of Times Square and declare that the United States Government is exerting mood-suppressing mind control over its population via ELF wave manipulation? Well, I wouldn’t say they do it all the time. But I would say that they do it, along with many other prominent world governments who I’m also seeing participate. Once I identified this trouble-causing energetic pulse I was plucking out of the ethers as a methodically oscillating wave pattern, I began researching. It appears that the USA is well acquainted with the entire brain wave issue. I was a touch taken back by how aware the Powers That Be actually are with regard to brainwave technology. It’s a little sci-fi once you get into it, and almost seems too bizarre to be true. Yet, as someone who picks up and decodes energetic signals, I can tell you: Someone is meaning to beam the population with psychoactive frequencies. And I don’t think it’s the ghost of Dick Clark or Jim Morrison.

How can we attempt to re-connect with the earth’s natural 7.83 Hz Schumann Resonance if we are “accidently” (whatever) being bombarded with 6 Hz waves? This I found was an easy fix – just grab a pair of earphones and listen online to one of a number of MANY providers who supply 7.83 Hz recordings. A 7.83 Hz pulse, right in your ear, will then become the most dominant wave, or “drummer”, for your brain to follow, and your brain will naturally rise up from the periodic external 6 Hz pulse it’s receiving to the much more healthy and natural Schumann Resonance. And it’s not like you need to walk around day and night wearing the earbuds in order to “keep the bad frequency out”. In fact, frequency shielding against VLF waves is nearly impossible because they are so low and can pass through very dense matter. (Think of a booming sub-woofer in the trunk of a teenager’s car that wakes you at 3 am from eight blocks away.) However, our brain is designed to operate at 7.83 Hz, in harmony with the earth. Once our brain is on track, it will stay there for quite some time. If you feel your mood slipping, pop in those earbuds for about ten minutes and just like a hot air balloon being hit with a flame – your mood will lift into the ethers.

I’ve found two terrific free YouTube sites for the Schumann Resonance. One contains the 7.83 Hz pulse mixed in with nature sounds, and the other masks the pulse in music. It’s common to feel a touch disoriented at first when listening to the tracks while your brain waves “lock on” to the resonance. Yet once into listening, you’ll note a euphoria that takes over, and it seems that all the days’ troubles are released as we are “re-set”.  It usually takes no more than ten minutes. Even five minutes of listening will re-set our brain wave cycle.

Our brain’s natural ability to lock onto the earth’s 7.83 Hz pulse can be inhibited by everyday external factors as well, such as living in large metropolitan areas where we are bombarded with electrical grids and other EMF disturbances. So even if you don’t feel as though you’ve been “down” or “blue”, those living in a highly populated area would benefit from listening to a track containing the Schumann Resonance. It will inspire better sleep, greater cellular regeneration, greater health, and a better outlook.

This blog is not an attempt to make anyone paranoid. It’s an attempt to educate everyone on how we physically function, as biological and spiritual creatures. The more we know, the more we can take care of our whole self.

We are creatures who are, quite literally, electrically hardwired to respond to the pulse of this planet, and “something” is attempting to cut us off from our point of origin that allows us to remain healthy and strong. The great irony here is that it doesn’t matter how many watts of 6 Hz “someone” pumps through the atmosphere — when we listen directly to a 7.83 Hz pulse, we automatically tune to it no matter what’s floating around in the air. Billions of dollars have been spent on extremely expensive VLF antennae and high-powered transmitters, all across the nation, and thanks to our brain’s natural default setting, a $15.00 set of earbuds will foil a billion dollar grid.

I don’t know about you, but I love that part. No one can stop the human spirit from finding it’s birth point — billions of dollars, or not.

I truly wish I could report to day that these “depressive” frequencies flying through the ground and through the air are strictly a “bad psychoactive accident” by our military. Yet upon taking out the Psychic spyglass, that does not appear to be the case. Do I blame our hard-working service people in the military for this VLF network across the nation? Absolutely not. The decision to choose the 6 Hz signal as the primary VLF channel oscillation (though any low frequency could be utilized) appears to be way above their pay grade. Worse, this tactical decision is not limited to our nation alone. It appears to be a global governmental phenomenon.

Time to bust out the earbuds and spend a little more time in the wilderness, people.

Also, it’s important to note that VLF waves travel up to 500 feet in the air. They hug the ground. So the higher up you go, the less apt you are to run into this nasty 6 Hz frequency bandwidth. Now, keep in mind this measurement is 500 “relative feet”, not “sea level” feet. So if you go to the mountains, the VLF waves will cut through the base of the mountains but not exceed 500 feet above the ground below. This also explains why I always feel so “clear” while high up in the Rockies, in my home state of Montana. Heck, I even feel better once I’m up the hills in Burbank, here in California. One can literally feel themselves crossing out of  “the din” below. It’s rather extraordinary.

There is much more that I uncovered when looking into the use of resonances. The United States Government has technology that is able to “map” the electrical current of an individual, like a fingerprint, using Satellite imaging technology. This makes perfect sense to me, as I use the same “internalized energetic mapping system” when I Psychically seek missing persons. I don’t know why I get the heebie jeebies when picturing a Satellite being able to track me like a tagged sea turtle simply from my unique pulse and electrical frequency, considering that’s what I do when “Psychically” searching for others. I suppose that’s a bit hypocritical of me. Yet when I’m doing it, I’m typically attempting to find someone who is lost. I’m not sure what the Satellite’s big agenda would be. Maybe they can help me find my car when I’ve parked at WalMart?

We are delicate and fascinating creatures, all so incredibly interwoven with not only one another, but with the planet on which we dwell. We cannot be extricated from either. Attempts to separate ourselves from one another are futile and often physically painful. Our brains act as transmitters and receivers. This very portion of Spiritual Physics is what the Law of Attraction is based upon. “The Secret” wouldn’t be a secret without brain waves. I work a great deal with frequencies in the sound science end of my life, or music, so I particularly understand the effects that frequencies have not only on the human psyche, but the brain’s ability to create the healthy chemicals that we require in order to live our lives to the fullest.

There will be many interesting changes in our social and spiritual culture over the next several years and it’s important to be aware of how to keep ourselves healthy through these changes. Maintaining a positive connection to the pulse of nature will dramatically enhance our mental and physical constitution. It’s how we are designed. No amount of broadcast this-or-that’s will ever change that fact.

And hey, if all this wacky frequency stuff gets a little too X-Files, then there’s always Reynolds Wrap. I hear the heavy duty barbecue foil makes a good “brain-probing” impossible while creating a lid that would make the Royal Family jealous.

Good grief–a return to university daze. If true (I have no concrete evidence suggesting that the points Danielle Egnew made are false [in fact, my Goggling searches affirm many of the things she wrote]) the time spent reading this article, taking notes, and researching is better spent than time and work perusing a degree. However, what if further research proves the things Daniel Egnew writes are rubbish? Careful examination of the things she proposed, is exercise and that is good for the brain.
And what if further research proves the things Daniel Egnew wrote are valid? Putting into practice her recommendations would be of lasting benefit. This situation is win/win.
Okay, people, it’s time to hit the books, or should I say(?), the airwaves.
    Thank you Danielle Egnew and
    Cheers,

As usual, your blogs always seem to hit my in box with relevant knowledge I need at the very moment I need it! my brother-in-law and sister-on-law suffer from clinical depression and manic phases too. I was racking my brain trying to find a way to
help them snap out of this! My brother-in-law works for the government on computer systems in the submarines. I’m sure the suggestions you provided will help him! My sister-in-law works in the basement of a hospital as a lab tech. I am a photographer and surgical technologist anmy wife is an OR nurse. we are hit with all kinds mind crippling signals, lol. I have been able to sense spiritual presences and pick up people’s emotional baggage since I was a small child. That being said, I am visiting Gettysburg PA. for the first to on May 11th-13th. Any advice you can help me with!

    • danielleegnew says:

Hi Roman — Goodness, that it terrible about your relatives and their depression — it seems as though your brother in law would be RIPE to suffer from depression especially if he works on a submarine, as the Navy uses 6 Hz VLF frequencies to communicate with subs when they are submerged. Those low frequencies travel very well under water. Basements will act like a subterranean sub-woofer for the 6 Hz signals. Couple that with a lack of Vitamin D from being in a basement all day and that would be hard on any brain chemistry. I agree with your assessment about crazy signals in your environments — so many of us are inundated these days. It sounds as though you are an empath with you being able to pick up signals — you may want to take a few deep breaths before heading to Gettysburg, as the emotional place memories there are huge. Just remember that no matter how you feel while there, remind yourself that it’s not how YOU feel, but an echo of how someone else once felt, and just let it roll off your back like water off of a duck. Gettysburg is like a tornado of emotionality, all stored in place memories and active hauntings. I’m sure you’ll love the historical value there and your gift will likely give you an “inside track” on the history — have fun :)!!
