Throwing Others Under The Bus: 2013’s Olympic Sport

Ah, the good old days — when accountability was the new black. When keeping one’s word was something people did because it was the right thing to do, not because if they didn’t — they’d be sued. When, if caught with one’s hand in the cookie jar, one would fess up to it. Not claim that it was a walk-in from Niburu that took over their body and made all their karmic choices.

Owning it. Even reading the words gives me a warm, toasty feeling.

Though I’m a big fan of virtual communication — heck, come find me at @DanielleEgnew on Twitter (shameless social plug) — I’m also an enormous fan of talking on the phone. And in person. I’m a big fan of the written word, and I’m a big fan of taking the time to understand where people are coming from. For a time, I thought this was due to the fact that I’m the cross fade generation, Gen X, the last generation to bridge the sensibilities of the brick-and-mortar world onto the endless possibility of the virtual digital era. We Gen Xers are all about building community, social messages, and breaking down barriers. So I figured it must be my 40-something sensibility having cut my communication teeth on a rotary phone that must be driving my person-to-person, cause-and-effect sensibility.

Actually, I’ve come to find out that I just have a conscience. My generation has nothing to do with it.

I’m not certain whether it’s the ease with which we can send a snarky text then turn off our phone, or whether we’ve just allowed our sociopath gene to take a walk around in the park for awhile because we’re bored with playing Angry Birds. But people genuinely seem to be lacking an extremely major component that links their actions with how they would be perceived by — well — anyone outside of their Holodeck. And yes, I just deliberately used a Star Trek reference.

I’m talking about an epidemic. I’m going to name it “Precious Syndrome” and I’ll explain why in just a second, here. This epidemic is sweeping the globe, but since I’m living here in the USA, I’ll stick to the shores with which I’m more familiar. Precious Syndrome is a very serious condition where people’s world become very, very, very, very small, and the individual becomes “too precious” to exist without a case manager, without a fan club posting their photo on FaceTwiterest, or without Tom Cruise’s handler to re-write their every move to create them the hero in the public’s eye. Symptoms include but are not limited to extreme self-absorption, us-against-them mentality, being convinced all things are directed at them, crumbling the moment anyone disagrees with them, and the most serious tell of the disorder: Complete inability to own one’s end of any tangled situation due to the Victim Virus (a little-known substrain of Oppression Infection.)

Precious Syndrome can be contracted by anyone at any time, and is not specific to any one area of the country, nor any specific demographic, though I have noticed disproportionate outbursts of the disorder here in Los Angeles. Don’t get me wrong. I love my City of Angels. She is built on the swirling geomagnetic ley lines of fault activity and high-expulsion electromagnetic fields, a large part of the LA basin plunked on top of an old Volcano caldera whose geological remnant, or “toilet-paper-stuck-on-the-heel”, is called The LaBrea Tarpits.  Though LA is an energetically complicated environment as sticky as a spider’s web, Precious Syndrome is alive and well in every nook and cranny of our great nation. And unlike an illness that can be cured with medical treatment — Precious Syndrome is an affliction of the Spirit. More specifically — it’s an affliction of the Conscience.

Well gang, Doctor Danielle is in — because I’ve about had it with this particular epidemic. So as to save countless millions (who I am sure are all reading this blog at the same time, crashing WordPress servers clear to Indonesia), I’m going to discuss how to avoid contracting this illness, whose most destructive attribute is making a giant ass out of anyone infected.

As a race whose design depends on our ability to connect with one another in order to reflect back our own lessons from which to learn, we suck at isolation. No, we do. Yes, yes, I know — we all love our alone time. But that’s different than isolation, which, due to its mentally-eroding capabilities, is the modality on the top of the military’s list for breaking down prisoners. We are not designed to create a universe in which we are the god, we are the judge, and we are the jury, re-writing the rules as we go along and erasing our history to re-create us as the “hero” in today’s headlines. Sure, we are allowed to create this reality if we feel like it — welcome to Free Choice Central, or Earth — but it’s gonna be a tough row to hoe once we introduce anyone else into our insulated Sims Universe who is part of the general human population.

I can cite three things, primarily, that have reflected humanity’s recent addiction to Illusion: The App Mentality, “Reality” TV, and Social Media.

I’ve blogged about what I call the “App Mentality” before, which to recap is the half-invested attitude by most folks who won’t really put a lot of work into anything because there’s “Gotta be an app for that.” Reality TV is soft-scripted content (that means producers feed opening lines and actions to the cast so they don’t have to pay screenwriters) that people at home buy as actually happening, thus believing that unless you’re missing a chromosome, you’re not really living life to the Jerry Springer Boo Boo Fullest. Social Media is terrific, until people forget it’s SOCIAL media and start substituting interactions with virtual friends for life-and-death shoot outs where Mary gets unfriended by Jill because Mary “liked” everybody’s comment but hers. Because YES, people, we’ve become THAT easy to butt-hurt these days.

Wow.

But I digress.

Humanity’s addiction to Illusion, though endearing if you’re selling year-long passes to the new Harry Potter Theme Park, is destructive when it comes to personal development. I’m a big supporter of a strong self-image. However, creating a “world” where one does no wrong and one continually makes themselves out to be the victim at the expense of other people’s reputation, work ethic, and livelihood — is a sickness. And since Like Attracts Like, people who suffer from Precious Syndrome either surround themselves with other infectees or people who they’ve kept in the dark, who don’t really know what’s going on in their life and buy their latest press release. Precious Syndrome is a progressive condition, a sickness of the spirit, where the infected person’s conscience is slowly eaten away by Darkness, one selfish and justified act at a time. And, our current social structure supports the spread of the illness within the spiritual infrastructure of the soul, because like most bacteria, it thrives best in the dark and in undisturbed locations.

Again — human beings were not meant to be isolated. Like that one banana left on the counter that gets lost behind the toaster — we get really rotty, really fast.

People who suffer from Precious Syndrome can’t help but throw everyone in their life under the bus. A major symptom of the syndrome is a lack of conscience as an infectee compromises someone else’s entire life just to cover their keester. Because afterall, it’s not real — right? They can simply erase the text, or drop an entire group of friends on Facebook and move on. According to them, it’s never their fault. Just check under that bus, especially in the wheel wells. You’ll find remnants of co-workers, employers, family members, spouses, brothers, sisters, friends, the dog, the cat, the gerbil, a packet of Ovaltine — whatever they can get their hands on to lay the blame, you’ll find it in the tire treads.

Or, when all else fails, it’s always the fault of Life, taking a colossal poo on their heads, day in and day out. Good thing the bus has mud flaps.

Those who suffer from Precious Syndrome will often cry “victim” when there is no one else to blame, concocting insane “tell-all” stories that dig up supposed hidden facts from the past they’ve kept “secret” until “just now” — usually, because some terrible situation or individual was holding them hostage at the bottom of a missile silo or something — really, someone would have to be missing serious chunks of grey matter to actually buy into the stories that these folks make up at this juncture of the game. But, since these folks are too far down their own rabbit holes to realize how Crazy Pants Jones they look to a non-infected individual, they’ll keep pushing the victim card until someone believes it. Even if it means Boldly Lying where No One Has Lied Before. ( I know, I really need to see “Star Trek: Into Darkness”, and just get it out of my system.)

This addiction to Illusion is par for the course in our polarizing energies of 2013. As I’ve discussed a great deal in print, on the radio, and on lecture tours, this is the year that separates the men from the boys, the posers from the doers, the talkers from the walkers. People can’t sit on the fence anymore. Whoever we are, we are going to be OUT LOUD within this energy — good or bad. Our skeletons will be ejected out of our closets, and the Universe will watch to see how we handle the unveiling of illusion. We will be known for exactly who we are — good or bad. Even if we have absolutely no idea at the time that we’ve been outed as either. Those who have a chosen a life-long lesson of illusion will do anything — anything at all, at any desperate expense right now — to continue to foster that illusion because it’s the side of the fence they’ve committed to, usually out of the fear of dealing with the pain that drove them to create the illusion in the first place. This fear of  facing their own pain is what fuels a seething desperation that is capable of great atrocities including destroying the lives of others, if it comes to that. And the closer we get to the end of this year, the more desperate people will become. Why? Because though 2013 is the Year of Polarization, 2014 will be the Year of Illumination.

You heard it here first.

However, in order to illuminate, or shine, we have to polish a surface. In order to polish, we must rub the surface down with sandpaper, then finer grit, then wax and sheer elbow grease, before the impurities and inclusions are scrubbed away. 2013 is all about elbow grease. This is a bum-hole-ripping Year of Karma for many people, where we are working out the last of our big lessons within to prepare to fly, or flop.

Perhaps it’s the advent of social media where we can all see exactly what everybody else is doing with the flick of the “refresh” button, or perhaps it’s this energy signature of polarization. But whatever it is, the amount of people who have taken to tossing others under the bus has advanced from a flock to a herd to a whole continent in less than six months. Once a cowardly exit, the new “under the bus” maneuver is a highly-skilled Olympic sport, available in either teams or solo events. One out of every three people I have encountered over this past year have either had an unbelievable drama erupt that was life changing, or were asked to participate in cleaning up an unbelievable explosion in someone’s life. How we handle great transition appears to be the flavor of the day at the Life Lesson Café and it’s very important that we keep our souls covered as not to contract Precious Syndrome while the dust is settling amongst the rubble.

Laying blame on others at their expense is a spiritual dice game for a high roller personality type. We may roll a seven and get away with it. Or we may roll snake eyes, and go bust. It takes an adrenaline junkie, a thrill rider, a gambler who is willing to wing an all-or-nothing Hail Mary in the moment of truth to be able to take off the coat of accountability, smack it on another, zip it up, and shove that person to the front of the firing squad. Though fear is a factor, fear is not what actually motivates people to toss others under the bus, because a fearful person would fear the repercussions of the individual eventually pulling themselves off the pavement, and coming after them. No, indeed, throwing someone under the bus is a passive-aggressive action taken by a very calculated, very angry person who is on the attack. Throwing someone under the bus isn’t a REACTION, as some think. It’s an OFFENSIVE action fueled by entitlement when someone has felt they “haven’t gotten theirs”, or they haven’t been “seen”. It’s a controlled means of punishing another person whom they wished they had the courage to be, usually. But people who suffer from Precious Syndrome lack the courage of character. That’s why they design a world to their liking — where they are always the star, surrounded by flocks of either admirers or caretakers. One who lacks character must write one as they go along.

If you find yourself in the crosshairs of someone suffering from Precious Syndrome, just relax. Like drowning in quicksand, the worst thing a person can do against the energy of illusion — is struggle. Illusion gains strength and energy from any energy anyone else puts into it — including struggling against it. If Chuck is passing along rumors that Joe is a no-good bully who butts in on everyone’s Facebook pages and blurts obscenities, then Joe find out and bursts onto Chuck’s Facebook page blurting obscenities at him for spreading the rumor — Joe just became the fictitious version of himself that Chuck was peddling to everybody…in front of everybody. Instead, don’t buy into the crazy. If something isn’t true, it doesn’t deserve the energy of a comment.

We decide what we respond to, and how. No one makes us do anything. Obviously, we need to stand up for ourselves. But there is a far cry from setting the record straight and diving headfirst into a whirlpool of chaos at its highest rotation point.

The act of owning one’s actions, or accountability, is one of the most pride-building, spirit-enhancing, character sculpting things that a human being can do. Which is precisely why Darkness hopes it can knock accountability out of fashion in lieu of Illusion. Accountability not only calls our spirit to task, but levels the playing field by removing any “leverage” someone wishing to emotionally control another may seek. When we are accountable for our end of a mishap, we not only honor the situation and the other person, but we honor ourselves, acknowledging to ourselves that we are capable of accepting a lesson learned.

Adults develop an ego surrounding “lessons” that we don’t possess as children. In fourth grade, if we mastered a lesson, we were proud of ourselves. If we were scolded by a parent and asked later, “Have you learned your lesson?” we would nod in earnest, and feel accomplishment as our parent smiled and said, “Good for you. Now go play.” And we’d be off playing, letting the emotionality of the event go, proud deep down that we made it through the lesson. In contrast, as adults, we become offended by the thought of learning a lesson, because how dare we be treated as the child by the Universe! But, um… gang? We are spiritual children. I mean, we are a really young race. Super young. Our idea of an “old soul” is barely out of seventh grade by most spiritual and Galactic standards. So perhaps we would be best served getting off of our high horses as “seventh grade adults” — and perceive mastering our lessons as we would have, in fourth grade? With excitement? With accomplishment? With pride? Rather than the resentful, why-does-god-hate-me approach that most adult humans take.

Accountability is about NOT owning what is not ours, as well. If we own everything, that’s codependence. However, the slippery slope is approached when, if we are being accountable, we then ruin the moment with: “BUT, you did this and this and this, too…” That’s not being accountable. That’s tattling. And it bugs. So just let that behavior rest in peace with your Farrah Fawcett Poster from 1975. If you can’t be accountable without pointing out everything everyone else did, that’s called JUSTIFICATION, not accountability. And that’s two clicks off of tossing someone right under the bus.

As a summary, here is a last minute safety checklist for riding with other passengers, or —

How to NOT lob someone under the bus:

1) Own your stuff.
2) Listen while others air grievances.
3) Acknowledge your part in the grievance without justifying your part.
4) Say you’re sorry. Sorry is not about who is right or wrong.
5) Mean it.
6) Learn.
7) Carry on without “carrying on”.

We, as a species, are so capable. We are capable of great bridge building with healing through accountability, and we are capable of great destruction through illusion. Our design as Beings of Light supports learning lessons in order to excel. We are meant to excel when we grow. We are meant to grow when we change. We are meant to change, period. We must choose whether or not we have the courage to change through accountability, or whether we wish to learn our lessons while fighting through the rabbit warren of complications created by our own illusions. Either way, we learn.

I, however, prefer the learning process without the road rash.

North Korea: The Judas Factor

For anyone following the situation in North Korea – this is for you. I had a dream two nights ago, and I’ve just figured out what it means, thanks to ABC News. So you’ll forgive this blog hastily tapped out on my iPhone.

With precognitive abilities, predictions are not always a literal. For instance, the Bible is full of people who would have precognitive dreams but they were always full of symbolism. Now, I’m not suggesting my dreams are worthy of being documented in the Bible 🙂 This one, however, was significant – I could feel it. Predictive and symbolic dreams “feel” very different than one’s normal subconscious just rolling through the motions. So here it is:

I dreamed I was on a road trip in a bulky old Jeep Waggoner pulling a flatbed trailer with some fella who happened to know where we were going. We ended up following this river for a long time, over state lines, until we end up getting stuck in it, and I realize it’s the Rio Grande. We then have to pull over into the desert of Arizona (The Rio Grande actually starts in Colorado runs between Texas and New Mexico). We crawled out of the River and walked into the back yard of this very interesting modern adobe house.

Suddenly we were in southern CA, In the Anaheim area, pulled over in some semi-industrial-meets-neighborhood cul de sac by a large weedy vacant lot. I can clearly see four HUGE Zepplins in the air, at every compass point, N, S, E, W. Then a HUGE military cargo plane, those giant four-engined things that look like they shouldn’t even be able to fly, barreled right through the Zeppelins one by one, exploding them Hindenburg style. The zeppelins burst into flames and it was rather traumatic, watching such an enormous fireball and realizing that all the people on board died as the debris cascaded to the earth. The zeppelins had to be destroyed for the higher good of everyone – whatever that was supposed to mean — even though people died onboard.

I watched as one by one, the huge military cargo plane drove right through the zeppelin at the North as it exploded, then through the zeppelin at the south as it exploded it, then the zeppelin to the east was destroyed.

I look to this vacant lot and its then full of about 20 guys that look exactly alike, identical to the guy who has been driving me around on this road trip. They were like clones, wearing some light red outfits with the Anaheim Angels logo on the front. They walked in perfect formation, all very thrilled that they executed blowing these things up with such precision. They were making all of these strange unison hand gestures, like pitchers on a baseball field, but it was some sort of celebratory dance/signaling to one another, and all in unison, like a dance troupe — river dancers with their hands. They were quite excited about their accomplishment and this was some sort of “group high five” shared by the collective consciousness of this bomber team in Angels outfits. They didn’t seem one bit upset about the loss of life, as that seemed as though it was supposed to happen to execute this plan.

I recall saying to them, in regard to their hand gestures: “Geez, pitchers are superstitious!” As they were all pitchers.

They ignore me so I then look back at the trailer attached to the old Jeep Waggoneer I’ve been road tripping in, which has been pulling a flatbed trailer, and on the back is strapped a small zeppelin. I hop out of the jeep, which is now full of a few people and I’m not sure where they came from, and I told this weird identical clone guy who was driving that we had to get everyone away from the trailer before the plane drove through the last zeppelin on the trailer and exploded everything. I realized that this zeppelin was the zeppelin of the West.

When I looked back at the flatbed trailer, the zeppelin had turned into this odd looking ball made up of triangles, like those giant radar things. The minute I saw that, I realized we were in the clear.

Then I woke up.

This dream bothered me because I knew it meant something. I just wasn’t sure what yet until I saw a few news pieces today. Then it slammed into focus.

Over the last week, I’ve done a few radio shows on which I’ve been asked about what I saw for North Korea. I’ve told people what I’ve “seen”, and I was also “prompted” by the universe not to put that same prediction in writing, mostly for the “panic” affect it could potentially have.

Then I have this dream, and the “green light” of sharing and go-ahead comes flooding through.

I’ve “seen” that North Korea would fire nuclear weapons. This hasn’t been a very popular statement, met with the usual hems and haws that the Kim dynasty likes to make threats. But I’ve seen North Korea fire on China and South Korea, and that’s what I’ve reported. I believe those are the zeppelins of the north and south. I believe the zeppelin to the east — is Japan, which will be fired upon. The military plane blowing through the zeppelins are military intercepts, yet people still died. The zeppelin to the west is us — the United States — and we are not fired upon.

The group of cloned baseball players were neither athletes nor military, but quite literally, angels, thus the uniform and logo. These brings were doing their job to keep as many safe as possible even though that meant some would die in the process, to save the many. The hand signals were some sort of language they shared, symbolic of a group moving as one with a higher directive that was secret only to them.

The guy driving me around all this time was one of these Angels, part of this squad.

The Rio Grande is geographically significant. Colorado has a huge Air Force base, as does New Mexico (Roswell, anybody?) Rivers represent change and death. I started to be swept away by the river but was safe on the shore, in Arizona, a large spiritual vortex. The United States is spared.

I thought I’d pass this along. I hope I’m wrong about North Korea pulling the trigger. The feeling of this dream was that those who perished on the zeppelins gave their lives for those on the “ground” , so we could be safe. The people in the zeppelins that died a quick death by explosion represented the souls who would be lost so that the consciousness of humans left behind could then be raised.

It’s not often I have a dreams like these. I felt it was time to pass this on. Pray for / send positive thoughts to the heart of the North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un. It seems that poor man has chosen the “Judas” straw. That can’t be an easy path — for anyone. The greatest dictators have brought the greatest peace and societal transcendence afterwards.

Odd how that all balances out.

May peace be upon us all. And may I be flat wrong, this dream the result of too many Doritos before bed.

Me and More About Me: When Self-Discovery Becomes Self-Obsession

It’s been a challenging energy rodeo these past three years. It’s very difficult to watch people that we love endure tough times. Anymore, with some individuals, it seems as though “tough times” is all there is to talk about; well, at least up until this year. Though I have known some incredible people to which life has dealt some immeasurable ugliness, and I feel deeply for them — I, for one, am pretty worn out on the endless string of “woe is me” liturgies that appear to be taking over many people’s playbooks. I’m all for misery loves company. But when misery is all there is — that’s not just a temporary problem one is attempting to work through.

That’s a chosen lifestyle.

When I looked ahead into 2013 from 2012, I saw a very clear image of people becoming who they truly are — good, bad, and ugly — in order to enact any dangling portions of immediate karma that would bring about accelerated lessons in acceptance, growth, and release. Why the acceleration? Because the human race is on a ticking timeframe to get it together before we need to band together. But that’s another predictive blog for another time. Right now we’re dealing with the affects of this ticking timeframe, and this commitment to illusion that’s happening at breakneck pace.

Self-discovery is part of the accelerated learning program of 2013. People are learning all sorts of lessons about themselves, either through giant successes that are landing after years’ worth of very hard work, or hard lessons as the consequences of giant mistakes come home to roost. Sometimes, the confusing but polarizing energy palate of 2013 involves both types of lessons. Either way, people are left with no choice but to see themselves for who they are, and that’s not always positive if the person one has chosen to believe they are doesn’t match what’s looking back in the mirror or on paper. In contrast, sometimes a person thought they were much less than they are, only to find out that on paper and in the mirror, they are seen as a giant.

Self-discovery is all about forgoing pre-crafted illusions or identities of oneself in lieu of ACCEPTING all of oneself. And though there is always room for improvement in each one of us, full acceptance of oneself involves self-forgiveness. It involves forgiving others, even if they have no idea we are harboring resentments. It involves extending grace (unearned slack) to ourselves and to others for any shortcomings. Self-acceptance starts with addressing our pitfalls and realizing that being human — well, makes us human. Self-acceptance means that we stop beating ourselves up because we let ourselves down.

And, it means that we stop beating up those around us for not saving us from ourselves.

Our pitfalls are also often tied to our greatest strengths. So to cut off any behavior whatsoever that could be tied to a pitfall is also to cut off any behavior whatsoever that is also a greatest strength. If an individual is naturally incredibly giving in how they exhibit love but feels taken advantage of so never gives to that depth again, the individual suffers the consequences of feeling isolated and abandoned, which turns to bitterness. Bitterness is the result of one’s greatest gift gone stagnant and rotting within.

Self-acceptance is about moderation and the acknowledgement of both the lighter shades and the darker hues contained in each one of us. Self-discovery is about learning how to balance everything we are. Self-discovery does not involve only focusing on what we like about ourselves and what others like about us while we cut out everything and everyone in our life that doesn’t tow the party line. That’s self-obsession.

Self-obsession is the path on which some on the self-discovery journey will end up on when the lessons of self-discovery — or moreover, the accountability of self-discovery — starts to become too painful. Self-obsession is the illusion in which we all hide to keep our psyche busy thinking it’s working out our problems. However, no problem is being worked out in that mindframe. In fact, a self-obsessed person isn’t interested in working out problems or resolution of any kind, as that would involve the perspective of another party. The person on the self-obsessed path is only interested in skipping from one drama to the next where they are the focal point, or immersing themselves in what feels good in the moment under the guise of “finally taking care of number one”. Setting healthy boundaries does not involve the eradication of anyone with an opposing opinion.

Self-obsession is a powerful addiction, so it’s no surprise that addicts exhibit this behavior while in a “using” cycle.

Self-obsession is the psyche’s space where Darkness is able to kick it’s feet up, eat some popcorn, and enjoy the “us ruining our life” show. While self-obsessed, we are only focused on what serves us. We submerge ourselves into ourselves, but only the parts of our own press release that are the most shiny. We do not take into account the emotions, actions, or contributions of others. We are able to dismiss these items under “extra” because we truly have lost scope that we are part of a greater Universe around us. Sometimes, this loss of scope is purposeful as the Universe around us becomes too chaotic, painful, or fearful.

One of the most interesting finds for me over this past year in relation to this commitment to illusion is the rise in the outward self-obsession people seem to be exhibiting. There was a time when folks would at least (if nothing else for the sake of saving face) attempt to outwardly appear interested in other people’s lives and pursuits. But this new breed of self-obsession is shameless. It swings hard into the saddle and rides into MeVille with two guns full of 44 calibur Me, Me, Me a-blazing. I attribute this lack of self-awareness to the Polarizing Energies of 2013 which dictate that whichever side of the “fence” someone fell upon up to this energetic point in time, they would be fully committed to that path, lock, stock and barrel.

That appears to be the case.

Tighten the blinders and batten down the hatches, boys — we’re going in. This is the time when we ALL will be known for exactly who we are. Not who we wish we were. And oh, man — is that a real hayride to witness, and more of a hayride to experience.

Certainly, part of my work takes me through the entertainment industry circles, an arena in which self-obsession has been honed to a competitive Olympic Sport. The gold medal winners are stellar in their Me Consciousness and their worlds are tiny, crammed full of people with an equally tiny consciousness. I used to find this offensive, yet as I’ve worn on in years, I now find it sad; sad because the smaller someone’s world gets — the smaller they get. I’ve watched brilliant people shrivel into a husk of who they once used to be, surrounded by other chit-chatty husks, all the while high as a kite on the drug of their own self-importance. Just like the meth head who weighs 90 pounds, flesh hanging, claiming they’ve “never felt better since they lost weight” — the Self-Importance Junkie wanders in a haze of fabulousness, completely unaware of what a flake they actually look like to those on the outside of the illusion.

Though it’s Psychology 101, it never ceases to amaze me that there is a direct correlation between the lack of healthy self image and the completely overblown ego. The smaller someone feels inside, the larger they must create themselves to be on the outside. It’s as if human beings think that no one will notice the teeny little person behind the curtain as long as the wizard is barking from the rafters. I get a chuckle about that, considering that guinea pigs will hide their heads even though their bodies are hanging out in the open — and they will feel invisible to predators simply because they themselves can no longer see the predator. Humans and guinea pigs have a lot in common.

Reasoning with someone who is deeply committed to illusion doesn’t work. The person who attempts to point out that the illusion isn’t being shared by the rest of the class is threatening the very fabric of reality that another individual is living amidst. When someone’s sense of self is shaken to that degree, it gets bad. The messenger in that case isn’t just shot — it’s usually shot then rolled out of the car and left by the side of the road as the tires spin out, leaving the body to be eaten by coyotes in the desert. Illusion must erase any trace of opposing opinion in order for its existence to be peaceful. If coyotes eat the body, no proof remains that the illusion was ever challenged.

Illusions must remain under illusion, or it is lost.

Many of my clients are going through challenging times with friends and family who have undergone incredible personality changes through the last year as they have fully embraced their own illusions in the name of self-discovery. Reasons may vary, but nine times out of ten, money is the culprit. Human beings actually use money to define themselves (and that goes back to Deifying money, but again, that’s another blog), and when the money runs out, someone who is guilty of this practice will feel as though their identity has left the building as well. This phenomenon is common especially with males who lose employment. Many marriages crumble because one party or the other feels as though their identity is gone once money is no longer a factor in balancing the “power” in the relationship. (Don’t get me started on “Substituting Provision for Intimacy: Hiding Behind Money”. That, too, is another blog.)

Challenging times or not, we are all responsible to realize our part in everything that occurs in our daily lives. One of the earmarkers of self-obsession is one’s lack of being able to admit personal accountability for one’s role in uncomfortable situations. The “victim consciousness” is the height of self-obsession. Self-obsession turns the “blame” onto any third party as the self cannot be held responsible for letting oneself down. Self-obsession eats motivation, substituting real accomplishment for anything that feeds the ego in the moment.

The severely self-obsessed person lacks empathy. They are incapable of putting themselves in someone else’s shoes because they are wholeheartedly disinterested in anyone else’s process but their own. Apathy is an ugly red flag that accompanies self-obsession. And, it’s a poison that slowly eats up the rest of the person’s soul. Once we lose our motivation to connect — we are truly an island, the stray Gazelle at the back of the herd while the rest hop onward — ripe for Darkness to pick us off.

In Apathy, no one can hear you scream.

Much like the road back from addiction where the addict left their life and relationships in shambles, the road back from self-obsession is very difficult. Regrettably, it is a narrow path on which there is room for only one. All messengers will be shot (and fed to coyotes) and anyone not towing the party line will be abandoned and replaced by yes men. That’s the only way the obsession can be fed and the illusion can be maintained. Maintaining an illusion to the point of DE-lusion takes an enormous amount of energy. Those suffering from acute self-obsession will often be emotionally and psychologically drained and / or suffer additional physical ailments from the amount of energy it requires to create a life within a life.

Though Self-obsession is the psyche’s alternate route when the path of self-discovery becomes too frightening, self-obsession is actually the shortcut to hard, rough lessons. There is no such thing as “skipping a level” in the Video Game of the Universe. The Self is not objective. So the only way to learn lessons when The Self has isolated itself is to have life slam The Self face down on the wrestling mat until the ref calls the match. Often, the self-obsessed individual is genuinely shocked by things “going south” in their life because, well — they haven’t noticed the rest of their life. And my heart actually goes out to the truly self-obsessed person when the stone-cold look of utter disbelief takes over their face as they watch their life topple around them.

That wasn’t supposed to happen.

Self-obsession does not always represent itself as The Hero. Most often, it represents itself as The Martyr — the one who gave everything and was never appreciated, the one that never got theirs, the one who was drained financially and never supported, the one who gave love but never got it back, the give, give, give character who is always the underdog. The Martyr makes sure that all roads lead to their suffering, so they can put all of their focus back on themselves — and obsess; an emotional hypochondriac. Their pain becomes their primary relationship in their life. They angle every conflict to pin them as a helpless victim, abused by the whims of those to whom they fall prey. The Martyr is never responsible for anything (because they’re always the victim, remember) so they are never accountable for observing their contribution to the complicated situation– thus, the self-obsession is uninterrupted and they can continue to justify “looking out for number one” in “protection” of themselves. Surely, healthy boundaries when working or living with any other person are a necessity. But boundaries can only be established when accountability is acknowledged on the part of all parties involved. Otherwise, the boundary becomes an impervious wall behind which The Self thrives uninterrupted.

Self-obsession is a deceptive playmate: What at first feels like a rush of justified power to do and be anything at any cost then turns to desperation as “things” in the person’s life still aren’t working out. Of course they aren’t. None of the issues are being addressed because the individual is running amok in their own personal Disney Land. The desperation then turns to a new level of illusion — DE-lusion — as the self-obsessed person rotates out the “cast” of their friends and family and replaces them with players who will uphold the new script that is being put into place daily, often under the guise of “weeding out” people who don’t support the new ‘them’. After all, a person suffering in a DE-lusion often casts themselves as the Martyred victim, so surely, it is the fault of the people in their life that their life hasn’t worked out. This cast change, too, eventually crashes and burns because human beings can’t be controlled, and even the new cast will eventually disappoint.

Which leads us to the despicable underbelly of self-obsession — it’s gasoline, it’s battery pack, it’s very foundation — Control. Or more rightly, a lack thereof.

That’s right folks. Self-obsession is all about shrinking one’s environment to a controllable size (no larger than the self) because one feels completely out of control in their life. Self-obsession is about forcing super close-ups where the film calls for wide-shots. Not only does it ruin the film, but anyone else watching the story has no idea what’s going on.

In contrast, self-discovery is about surrendering control to the flow of life and how we fit into that flow — good, bad, and all. Surrendering to that process is terrifying if a person still isn’t seeing “positive” or “quick enough” results in their surrender, and they feel as though they are being bashed against the rocks in the tide of life in the meantime. Many knee-jerk into self-obsession without even realizing it, pulling in their oars and covering their eyes to focus solely on the self — as The Self is much more predictable than the rapids of life, over which we have no control except to paddle. And we’re still not guaranteed we won’t capsize.

In the energies of 2013, self-obsession and self-discovery are the “sides of the fence” on which humanity stands. I’d like to report that those who have deeply committed to self-obsession have a shot at climbing over the fence to self-discovery, but at this time, that doesn’t seem to be the case. In fact, I’m seeing more people throw their lives out the window attempting to uphold illusions to the point of DE-lusions — rather than simply just taking the lesson on the chin, admitting their participation, and climbing over the fence to self-discovery. But that’s what 2013 is all about — polarization, and fast, hard lessons.

There is a time for focusing on the self and a time for focusing on the masses. We must remain in balance. When our journey with the self becomes obsession with the self, we become emotionally incestuous and all other relationships suffer. There is not one of us who is greater than the other in our pain, our struggle, our suffering, our joys, our accomplishments, our journeys, or our fears. None of us have earned a pass to crush those with whom we choose to have in our life simply because we are hurting. That type of emotional entitlement is symptomatic of Darkness that has been left unattended in the Human Spirit.

We all make mistakes. But to continue to make them again and again at the expense of anyone else but The Self is a choice. It’s a choice to be a stumbling block rather than a stepping stone — not only in someone else’s life, but in the realm of the Universal flow. The Universe seeks to eradicate resistance. If we choose to cause resistance, that is a battle on whose losing end we will always land.

In an arm-wrestling match between the Universe and The Self — my money is on the Big Guy.

Conspiracies: What’s True, What’s Almost True, and What’s Garbage

Call it getting older, or call it being able to see through the ethers and just take a good look at what’s actually there. But however you slice it — I just can’t stomach the outburst of conspiracy prattle. It’s everywhere — Facebook, Huff post — conspiracy is the new tabloid journalism. You can’t prove it but people buy into it so it sells copies. And thus it rolls.

Yes, yes, I know — it’s all part of the plan, part of this 2013 polarization energy that is finishing work of the 2012 transition — and those folks who have chosen fear will roll off into their illusion-driven worlds where it’s all gonna go to hell at any minute anyway. And sure, there are conspiracies that are real, and I love a good mystery. But what used to be hushed conspiracy in “your mother’s basement” is now considered hipster-chic, and it’s just so ridiculously boring — all of it. In the 1990’s, we had urban legends. In 2013, we have the urban legend off of it’s Prozac, or — the conspiracy theory.

Paranoia has once again become the new black.

Paranoia is a powerful and addictive drug. It’s been around a long time, and it’s very effect. It’s one of the most effective means of crowd control, actually, which I find highly ironic as all the hipster chic conspiracy folks claim that we are all mind-controlled by the Illuminati. Hey, hipster dude dressing like a homeless person but driving your mom’s beat-up Audi, here’s a thought: Maybe the plan was to let all the hipster chic’ers go bonkers in their own paranoia and cripple themselves beneath their own distrust of their own shadow — so no progress can be made sociologically since we’re all too busy freaking out about stratus clouds someone is calling a “Chem Trail”?

That seems to be working.  Keep falling in line, hipster chic’ers. You’re taking the bait from “the man” brilliantly. How’s THAT for a conspiracy theory? Actually, it’s not “the man” that fuels these inane conspiracies but Darkness, trying to keep people distracted within their own bubble. And it works. So if it ain’t broke, why fix it?

Paranoia drove the Salem Witch hunts and the Hollywood communist blacklist authored by McCarthyism. It wasn’t hip then and it’s not hip now. It’s dark and it spreads like cancer. So here’s the deal. As someone who can actually see through the ethers and look into ingredients in the world, let me finally put to rest some of the most obnoxious conspiracy theories to date. Because honestly. I just can’t take one more hipster chic rant on facebook. And for those hipster chic’ers that are going to label me as part of the “Corporate Plants” who are here to “numb humanity into being sheep”, you’re going to have to get in line behind the very creative folks who believe that I’m an alien-human hybrid, the folks who think I’m an occultist, and the Christian author who cited me in his book as a hack who couldn’t tell a demon from an angel. Just remember, hipster chic’ers, when you go to write about what a drone I am, my last name starts with “E”, not “A”. This is a common mistake people make and I’d hate to see all your hard-earned blogs get ignored by Google when people search “Danielle Agnew”.

So let’s get to debunking with a Clairvoyant Spy-Cam, shall we? Let’s start with the five top conspiracies that are complete and total hogwash:

1) Sandy Hook Elementary Conspiracy

Premise: The whole shooting was fake since no bodies were shown on TV, the parents and people who have been interviewed are actors, and the whole thing was orchestrated by The Illuminati to ruin our nation by starting an internal war based on a gun ban.

Real or false? FALSE

Debunk: Sandy Hook was a horrific tragedy, the product of a broken young man. I, and countless people in my field, felt the heinous and heartbreaking ripple created by that event in every cell of our beings. It was crippling and took our breath away. Anyone who actually believes this particular conspiracy theory is so bitter that I can taste them from here. The Illuminati (which is real) has no desire to get a civil war going in the USA. That would be counterintuitive to the Illuminati’s goal, which is, and has been, in play for thousands of years: Global control through controlling global finances and the flow of commerce. Civil War in a Superpower throws too many cogs in the financial machine, has an unpredictable outcome, and sucks too many resources.  If anyone sees this particular conspiracy come across your facebook wall — you may consider suggesting professional help for the friend who is passing it along. On a scale of one to ten, one being the least and ten being the greatest on the “Conspiracy Started By A Completely Inane Tool” scale — this conspiracy theory is a big fat ten.

2) Barack Obama is a secret Muslim Communist Extremist Plant and part of the Illuminati Conspiracy

Premise: President Obama is part of the Illuminati who was planted here to enact a war on Christianity by then mandating Islam as the U. S. National Religion, which would result in a Communist takeover of the country.

Real of False? FALSE

Debunk: Obama is a dude from Hawaii. Get over it, people. Not everybody has to like every president. But to mask racism and paranoia in wonky wrappers like religion is just flat-out embarrassing. Plus, The Illuminati doesn’t do world leaders. I hate to challenge the Conspiratist Religion, here, but NONE of the eight members of the Illuminati counsel are world leaders. The Illuminati is way above President Obama’s pay grade. The Illuminati doesn’t do world governments because there are too many moving pieces. Again, let me say this: The Illuminati does global financial flow. They always have. I hope someone is writing that on a post-it note and smacking it into their Conspiratist Bible.

3) The Illuminati is going to throw us all in FEMA Death Camps to thin out the population so they will be able to have more food and water as the planet heats up Conspiracy

Premise: Secret FEMA Camps are springing up all over the country so that when we are enacted with a plague that is spread through mandated vaccines, we will be herded up like cattle with tanks and soldiers to die unless a person is on an “exempt” list — which is indicated by a colored dot placed on your mailbox… green or blue means you’re exempt, yellow means you may be rounded up, and red means you’re headed for the FEMA Death Camp.

Real of False? FALSE

Debunk: Those dots on your mailboxes are from paperboys, you guys. The dots tell the carriers who has paid and who hasn’t, and indicate route changes. Nothing FEMA about it. Those camps that everybody is putting all over You Tube are plots of land already owned by the government where they have dump the overflow crap that they buy in pork spending bills. The “coffin liners” that were stored in the bazillions all over these storage lots in the south were indeed coffin liners that the US Military had purchased in HUGE bulk — because we’ve been in a WAR for ten years. Thank God there were extras, in this case. All the video of trains carrying miles of tanks somewhere — guys, again — do I need to really point out that we were in a war for ten years in Iraq? And we’re still in Afghanistan and who knows where else? Those tanks were getting loaded onto carriers and shipped over to the middle east. Paranoia will destroy ya. Plus, the Illuminati doesn’t benefit from killing off the populations who are the worker bees in their mill. That would be like the Pharoah killing off the slaves before the pyramid was built. Probably not gonna happen.

4) The Illuminati is genetically engineering our food to make us more stupid so we are easily mind controlled Conspiracy

Premise: The Illuminati is genetically tweaking our food so that the human brain does not receive the nutrients necessary to process higher functions, nor nourish the human immune system in order to keep the body healthy, in an attempt to control crowds.

True of False? FALSE…ish

Debunk: The Illuminati deals in FINANCES. WORLD FINANCIAL FLOW. Not food. However, the MONSANTO company and others are most definitely tweaking our food genetically in order to weed out nutrients for the sole purpose of selling more medication when our immune systems and mental states take a dump. MONSANTO is, indeed, attempting to keep money in it’s pockets by developing a physically and mentally sick America. And that sucks completely. So BOO Monsanto, who also owns not only food stuffs companies — but pharmaceutical companies. Now there’s a shocker. Corporate corruption is not the Illuminati. They are two different animals. So, grow as much food as you can using seeds that you’ve ordered from over seas. Most of our produce here in the USA, unless the seeds come from a generations-old organic farm, is the product of genetic engineering. The same gene tampering that takes out “smell” so that the plant won’t attract bugs also takes out the gene that wants to make the plant rot. That gene, however, also contains incredibly valuable enzymes and minerals that are now lost to the DNA. Welcome to space-aged farming.

5) Chem Trails are being dumped on the US Populations by the US Military in order to spread disease and thin out the US population groups Conspiracy

Premise: Really big military planes fly waaaaaay high up in the sky and dump toxic chemicals out into the jet stream in an attempt to spread diseases and keep the American public weak with illness so that we are unable to speak out for social change.

True or False? FALSE…ish

Debunk: The US Military is not trying to make people sick with a secret, evil spray. They are, however, dumping some weird stuff up there. Some of it is ion and mildly irradiated particle markers that they are using as “marking tape” for satellite tracking experiments. They use the jet stream to see how diluted the “marker” can get before the satellite loses the tracer. The other stuff is in an attempt to get rid of questionable solvents — failed chemical experiments, etc —  by catching the jet stream and having the jet stream “dilute” the particle matter by spreading it all over and keeping it moving up above the earth in the global winds so that the matter doesn’t settle below and make people sick. They can’t burn it close to the ground — people would breath it. Sometimes, some of that junk does settle, and from what I’ve tracked it causes respiratory distress mostly. But like the radiation still leaking into the sea from the Fukashima Nuclear plant in Japan, the irradiated particles are one per billion parts of water, so it’s not as dire. Unless of course you’re a Tuna, living right off the coast of Japan and eating the fish that are hugging the shoreline at Fukashima who are breathing the irradiated water. Whoops, looks like the California Sushi community may be glowing in the dark before too long.

…Now that we’ve straightened that out, lets talk about why this outlandish rubbish is actually getting any traction whatsoever beside sheer freakshow value, and that Preppers love Cabella’s.

As this truth energy of 2013 spreads throughout the veins of society, it trips triggers in individuals. It causes us to grow, as many people experienced in 2012, with many of my clients citing 2012 as the “hardest emotional year ever”. To have truth energy presented to a person means that an individual must then own their own truth. Like attracts Like in the spiritual universe, so while the earth is getting doused in a polarizing 2013 truth serum, it creates a personal domino-effect.

This gets confusing for many people as we are taught to “fall in”, not “be truthful” with others, with life, or most often — with ourselves. Sometimes, when dealing in excavating our own truth from the ruins at the base of our sense of self, that gets scary. I mean, who really wants to look in the mirror and see a selfish ol’ troll staring back? None of us do. So we tend to buy our best press over the years until we barely recognize the person we’re looking at in the mirror. Eventually, this practice, though harmless at first, catches up with us. When we finally realize we have become a caricature of ourselves, our little “truth-o-meter” gets flipped and we begin second-guessing our belief system. Because after all, if we could believe something to the point of buying untruths in ourselves — what untruths are floating around in the world that have hooked us, line and sinker?

Enter the flood of conspiracies, fueled by compelling YouTube videos and facebook pages. Again, I’m all for getting truth out there, and there are definitely conspiracies that are true. But this whole “some big evil Illuminati thing is going to come and eat me in my sleep” fear is actually the personification of “the predator”, or — where human beings “go”, mentally, when we feel out of control. We create an exterior monster so that the interior monster has a mirror in which to see itself. It’s intriguing to me how the big bad ol’ Illuminati is always going to be responsible for genocide, it’s going to poison us in our sleep, herd us into camps, tweak our food — the Illuminati has become the 21st century Sea Monster.

The sad part is that while we are losing our minds over this mythology of extinction at the hand of a faceless, invisible beast, we are losing valuable energy out into the ethers that could be used to ACTUALLY bring about change. It does no one any good to rant about this or that with absolutely no plan in place to change what one is ranting about. To complain and rally constantly over “the injustice of it all” yet not seek a way to build a better system is to be part of the problem. We fear the genocidal tenancies of the Illuminati because we fear our own societal lack of compassion. We fear being caught unprepared by the Illuminati because we are not prepared most of the time. We fear our freedoms will be taken away because we feel it’s okay to take other people’s freedoms away, such as denying same-sex couples the right to legally marry because some people think it’s creepy.

By our definition — we ARE the Illuminati. We are the monsters.

The Illuminati has become the poster child for everything we fear in ourselves. Yes, there is a group of eight people (I can’t actually vouch that two of the eight are human, but they look human) who are the actual “Illuminati”. But they aren’t what we think they are. What we recognize at “The Illuminati” is actually widespread deep corporate corruption and deceit executed by many everyday people, not a special, evil group. Perhaps that is why we fear the persona of “The Illuminati” so much — because we realize the corporate sociopath is not the few, but the many. That energy is also Darkness, and will find a conduit, or a channel, any way that it can. It always has and it always will. Our age is no different in this regard. We just hear more about the corruption thanks to social media. And, the good news is, with arriving at the event horizon of 2012, all this negative “corruption” energy is on the way out.

Which is why those who are so addicted to the dysfunction are swearing by every conspiracy they can get their hands on, at record speed. Anything to keep the Church of Paranoia alive.

We should always speak out against corruption. Yet to become nothing more than a voice that is always speaking out, not backed by action,  is also to become a press agent for the corruption. Darkness is powerless against action but it is fueled by word of mouth. That’s an important piece of the puzzle to remember. Simply banging the gong of negativity does nothing to fix the problem. Though it’s good to vent, too much venting then becomes pollution that all must breathe.

So as we venture further into 2013, where the energy of truth will strip away all pretense and lies from those who sought to lord over others in tyranny, we will see a fascinating transformation in the human species: How we chose to handle forgiveness.

Let’s take Lance Armstrong’s debacle for instance. That guy was known to be a bully and, well, just not very nice. He even dumped his own girlfriend when she had cancer. Kind of cold, as a cancer survivor himself. Obviously, poor Lance was living a lie, and a dangerously dichotomous one at that, and somewhere in his spiritual psyche, he sent a flare up into Creation, begging something or someone to save him from what he’d become. Now, the Universe has been trying to do this for years, with lawsuits against him and people coming forward saying that the guy was lying. But each time, he rejected the lesson, until he belly-flopped into the polarizing energies of 2013, where every bit of wrong action we’ve been attempting to hide is going to come flooding in. This is the year to be known for exactly what it is we are. So here’s hoping that the bed we’ve all made up to this point is one we wish to lie in.

We as a race, we don’t need a third-party “Illuminati Monster” to point out to us where our foibles are. We don’t need to buy into the mythology of mass calculated extinction to get our collective act together. Though archetypes such as “the bad guy” seem to illustrate to humanity what it is that we wish we could transcend, we must be careful to not bring to life The Bad Guy by telling the story so many times — it becomes our reality. Sometimes, reality is weird enough to simply speak for itself.

For instance, in the spirit of 2013’s truth energy, according to the Clairvoyant spy-cam, the following “conspiracies” have actual merit and / or are true:

9/11
JFK
Area 51 / ET’s
Monsanto
The God Gene
Genetically modified super-flu’s
United States “2008 Recession”
HAARP
…to name a few

You’ll note these aren’t executed by a faceless evil Illuminati brigade, lest our government and corporate America is now the Illuminati, which, as we’ve discussed — the Illuminati doesn’t do “governments”. It’s time we adjusted our perception. It’s time we owned our own ugliness rather than creating a new member of the cast to carry the burden.

Perception is our reality. And our perception is governed by what we choose to accept or not accept. We build a group perception based upon group mores, ideals, needs, and fears. If we choose to eliminate the “fears” part, then our future will be dramatically transfixed forever, marking the time in history where humanity began to learn from JOY — rather than lack and limitation.

So say us all.

2013: More Hardcore, More Compassion

The Event Horizon was achieved: As a tired world sloughed off the last of that 20th century energy signature with the passing of December 21st in 2012, human kind let out a sigh of Transcendent relief. Or, put more plainly — our species just passed a huge energetic bowel movement after being spiritually constipated for over 10,000 years. Basically, we’ve been bunged up as long as we’ve been evolved into our current operating model.

No wonder the Mayans, Aztecs, Incas, Hindus, Hopi and Ancient Chinese were all obsessed with that date. Nothing says “You’re gonna feel better!” than regularity. Especially when it’s spiritual.

Irregularity, however, is synonymous with Human kind. So as we bask in the afterglow of the shift, we’re best served to remember that we still have some work to do ahead of us. Those of us who are in the spiritual field are best served to get our ducks in a row as soon as possible because we’re going to be expected to continue to help navigate some bumpy terrain as all the pieces of the puzzle keep snapping into place. That’s a pretty fair trade off for the whole You-Can-See-The-Future-And-Talk-To-Dead-People aptitude.

Nothing is free, people.

Though December 21st 2012 was the Event Horizon, we are still trucking through brand new uncharted waters in a new realm of Spiritual Physics. For we who are obsessed with making energetic maps out of the infinite number of probability paths flapping about in the ethers — this is like being asked to climb aboard the Santa Maria with Christopher Columbus. I’m in particular hog heaven about this energetic shift because of all the unbelievable opportunities that the current Spiritual Physics will present to us. Even more than that, I’m thrilled that the human operating system — the system of producing miracles as an extension of God in this third dimension — is finally going to be given a chance by the same humans that once thought it impossible.

Before I sound too much like a tangent born of Carl Sagan and Benny Hinn, I’d like to point out that many will notice a great polarization in people’s behaviors as 2013 wears on. Most of us will be in the “it’s great to be part of the global family!” boat. The few stragglers just dying to be attached to a system that is no longer in play — the “Suspicion that THEY are after MINE” crew — are going to have a tough time with the fact that the rest of us… well, we’re all ready to get along.

To me, this new system — or rather, this system that was always designed to be in play until we kicked it out in favor of learning through a lot of pain and restriction — is an extremely natural energy in which to immerse. But you’re hearing that from someone who spends a majority of her time surfing dimensional curls.  This new system will be conundrum-bearing for many. It requires us to suspend our need to control everything and to stop judging everyone. It asks of us to release our past pain and resentments in order to reach out to those who are still trapped beneath their pain and resentments.

And for those who claim they have crawled out from their pain and resentments — it will provide opportunity for that claim to be put to the test.

To succeed in our new Spiritual Physics, we must have faith. Not in the traditional sense, but faith in the rubber-meets-the road sense. We must have faith in one another. We must trust one another once again. We must allow ourselves to be vulnerable to our neighbor so that our former imperviousness is set aside. We must acknowledge that we tried Looking Out For Number One and all it did was produce a generation of self-obsession that led to a really bad Corporatocracy. Which, by the way, is going to be stomped out albeit it while kicking and screaming; the death knells of a sociopath’s last stand.

To succeed in the new system, we must all work in tandem with one another. The thinned ethers we now operate within — thanks in part to the geomagnetic placement of the planet in the Milky Way and a spreading of our general consciousness a la Twitter, Facebook and YouTube — are acting as a spiritual Blue Tooth. We are connected in a way that we have never been, on a spiritual, intellectual and cellular level, on a level we have always been intended to be connected — and in this there is great understanding of one another.

It’s really hard to hate somebody when you can feel them.

So why is this important to note? Because there are a few folks out there who are still laboring under the delusion that the Old Way — being a self-centered nightmare — is a good idea. And my heart breaks for them. That’s a really lonely row to hoe at this juncture and isn’t going to net a crop. It’s virtually incomprehensible to me that anyone could miss the weight of this “Do The Right Thing” energy signature. Yet as I look around and occasionally hear phrases like “I don’t rescue people anymore” and “we all come in and out of this world alone”, I can’t help but be astounded that those same 1990’s buzz-phrases are still being considered. The black-and-white dogma of the 20th century isn’t going to fare well in the 21st.

Sure, we can’t rescue people from their own lessons or their own destructive behavior, especailly to our detriment. This is true. But there has never been a better time to try and give someone who is truly struggling the benefit of the doubt. We can’t even exactly give someone a “hand up” anymore because of the very definitive energetic tracks that now exist; we have each chosen our direction over the last several years — Light or Dark — and in this direction we are squarely moving. However, we can offer support on how to change tracks for those rare few who are not digging the inertia of their choices.

We can still be there emotionally for people who are struggling as long as we don’t become part of their problem or our emotional support doesn’t continue to help create some sort of “artificial environment” in which the confused person then continues to play Emperor’s New Clothes. At that point, if we are unable to affect change, it’s time to gently allow that person to wander into their own chaos, but without nastiness or Dr. Phil type judgment. Actually, we should have compassion for anyone who chooses deep illusion and isolation. Their path is one of great loneliness. Especially now that it’s going to be harder and harder to find people who want to play “bitter consciousness” in the sandbox.

This shift is about going back to what we have all wanted in the first place: Acceptance. As a race we’re not perfect, but we weren’t intended to be. We were intended to be a biomass of individualism. There is nothing more powerful, beautiful or complicated than the Human species. That’s why we rock. I am so blessed to be able to interface with many other species throughout creation — OffWorlders, Angelic Beings, Elementals — and I’ve found that the Human race is the only species that requires contrast for learning.

Think about that a minute.

Light-Dark, Hot-Cold, Bitter-Compassion, Right-Wrong… we swing from one end of the pendulum to the other all while trying to discover our own limitations and our own capabilities. At best, we’re heinously indecisive. At worst, we’re self-obsessed wrecks. But we spend an awful lot of time engaging in activities that pretty much mean nothing — except to us.

That is — until now, thanks to our New Physics. Now we’re being asked to grow up, speaking on both a spiritual and Intergalactic basis. No, that’s not right — we’re not being asked. We’re being forced by the Physics of Necessity. We’re just flat out of time to keep dinking around with our own hands making shadow puppets on the wall simply because it’s cool. It’s time we use our hands to build understanding. As a species, we must evolve together or we will perish together. I mean that quite literally. We can get our act together and stop quibbling over minutia, or perish in a pile of minutia. The changes we are going to face, globally, cannot be overcome as individuals. They can only be overcome as one people. One could argue that this is why we’ve placed ourselves in this position — to force us to grow into what we were always intended to be.

It’s important to understand how we fit in, on the spiritual / galactic consciousness scale. Why?  Because the more we know about everyone else, the more we learn about ourselves. We do learn through contrast, remember.

Take Angels for instance. Angels just are. They do what they do because they do it. It all makes sense to them and they don’t need to prove to themselves that this modality is better than that in order to have a sense of self. They don’t even need “self”. In fact, “self” is irrelevant if you’re an Angel. It is all about the connection to the flow, not how many widgets were created during the flow.  They don’t need to be “right” because they don’t have a consciousness that is separated from creation, so there is no “right and wrong”. There just “is”, and the flow of “is” becomes the priority. They don’t require credit or acknowledgment for their actions. Their actions are simply “that which furthers the energy / missions”. Their priorities are completely different.

Often when I describe Angels, a look comes over a person’s face — a horrified, cringy-lost expression, as if the person was shown a picture of a naked and unwaxed Will Ferrel. We can’t comprehend “no credit”. We can’t comprehend “no self”. We can’t comprehend not needing to be right, or to be heard, or to prove our point. The aforementioned is a brainless hell to most humans.

That is — until now, thanks to our New Physics.

Let’s look at our OffWorld friends — not the Greys because they aren’t our friends and they’re just too weird for this comparison with the whole “hive mind” thing — but the species from which we’ve borrowed genome over the eons no longer feel the need to go to their darkest places of action in order to prove to themselves where their morality lies. In fact, many of these ancient races view morality as an issue of basic compassion rather than guilt driven by an Angry God. (Poor God. I’m so sick of Creator getting thrown under the bus by some wacked-out religious franchise. Universe, I apologize for our bad marketing. As Humans, I’m sure you expect some degree of tacky. But still.)  For those OffWorlders I’ve encountered who are spiritual, and most are, their collective sense of spirituality is an acknowledgement that all Creation is them, and they are all Creation. Many of them do not see a separation between their “individual” choices and the choices that affect them all. They see their pertinent individual actions as an action of the body. They have moved past their need to bang a stick on the ground for attention.

The closest culture we have on earth to mirror the Ancient OffWorld races would be that of the indigenous Native Americans who believed they were part of everything and owned nothing that came from the earth. They also believed it was rude to interrupt someone who was speaking. This was a culture that didn’t just flap their trap for attention. In fact, they let their actions speak for them. So if for some reason they were speaking, it was clearly important.

And what about Elementals, or God’s middle management in the Nature department? Do they need to light a tree on fire just to see what happens to the tree? Just to see how it makes them feel to kill the very living thing that they were commissioned to take care of? Nope. Not at all. Elementals know what they are and they are confident in that design. I’ve never encountered envy in an Elemental, nor have I encountered ego. They are one-trick ponies, tending to what they are designed to care for. They often butt heads with humans who mow over bushes and forests. Many hauntings are actually angry Elementals rather than human spirits. And there are some dark Elementals out there that can be a real pain to get rid of. But their value system is the same: Do the job. Protect. Drive off destroyers of nature. Keep the energy of nature flowing. Keep vortexes open and / or closed. If that Earth energy is disturbed, the third dimension suffers. Elementals have bigger fish to fry than who is getting the next promotion.

Even Demons don’t need to dabble with Light to know they are Dark. I mean, honestly.

Our living environment is so deluxe on planet earth that we really are the Trust Fund Babies of the Universe. It’s kind of embarrassing. It’s not that we’re any better, or have anything “more than” anyone else. It’s just that we are an amalgamation of many races, many things, and many forms of creation. Ergo, we are mutts, with a lot of gifts and talents. We benefit from the efforts of other entities who take care of a lot of other difficulties for us.

That sounds pretty cakey, doesn’t it?

Well, we’re supposed to be giving back to these entities — and to creation — as well. We’re an active piece in the machinery. We’ve just been a little slow on the uptake, but now it’s time to stop taking our half out of the middle because what we have been taking is far outweighing our contributions at this point.

Thanks to the Industrial Revolution, we have made the world of many Elementals into a nightmare of pollution, dead plants and springs, polluted oceans, and dying species. We have made their job very, very difficult, and those poor one-trick ponies are losing their minds trying to keep up with our destruction. We are supposed to take care of the earth but we are mucking that up — until now. We are supposed to take care of animals and we’ve been horrible to them — until now.

Thanks to our HAARP array in Alaska and many others just like it peppered across the globe, we are messing with the Ionosphere — the electromagnetic mesh that also commands Vortex movement on the planet. We’re jacking around those temporal doorways that OffWorld species have been using for travel, for countless centuries — long before we were ever here. They use earth like a giant airport, the intergalactic LAX thanks to our planet’s humongous electromagnetic capabilities. We have lots of wormholes here, some of which we’re destabilizing with HAARP and other arrays. (Basically, we’ve been blowing up “intergalactic runways” at the biggest airport in this area. Nice.)

Thanks to our fascination with Darkness, we have made the job of Angels more challenging. Their job in relation so Human beings, among many other things, is to assist us in staying connected to Creator, as that Light is our internal fuel, like oil in a lamp. We receive that light through the love of others, and the love we have for ourselves. Love is the oil. Yet we learn about ourselves while experimenting with self-hatred until that Darkness trickles forward into our everyday lives and this third dimension. So we add “personal body guard” to these Angels’ already unbelievably long list of “things to do”.

But for all our self-absorbedness, we can’t get out of our own way when it comes to helping someone — even a panicked animal — in need.

Why?

Because we are made in the image of Creation. Actually, so are all the rest of these entities. They just represent different aspects of a Creator that is so complex that we’ll never “get it” no matter how many phone-a-friend turns we use up. In reference to humans, the Biblical term which has been translated into “likeness” actually means impression. And like a plaster cast impression of an original wax master work to be made into bronze, we are a backwards representation of the beauty we are trying to create — we are a relief of the Creation / God beauty we have been wrapped around until we took its shape. Our version of that beauty is then only visible to one another by filling ourselves with substance and producing something into the world. We see God in us and in the world by what comes out of us. It’s that whole actions-louder-than-words principle in full play.

Our new system requires us to accept that we are not losers riddled with sin, or victims needing to protect our emotional borders with vitriol, or maggots under the heel of an angry God, as many of our Darkness-inspired religious institutions would have us believe. The fact is, we have always had the ability to connect deeply to Creation. We just didn’t overall because we believed we couldn’t…because that’s what we were taught. Spiritual figures such as Jesus the Christ all brought messages of compassion, stating that we are all connected not only to one another, but to Creation — that this is our design and our birthright. Our “New Spiritual Physics” of 2013 have always been The Design. Just ask Buddha.

So with all this at stake: the many other facets and entities within creation that also depend on us; with these ethers shifted and the spiritual, mental and physical health of our species on the line; with our consciousness blue-toothed together in a way that actually allows us to physically feel the pain of a parent who lost a child around the globe — it is truly, truly out of my wheelhouse to attempt to grasp how any individual would choose the selfishness of last century’s Physics.

Yet some will. And we will watch them. And we will hurt for them as they suffer a deep fear caused by the separation from the Operating System they were always intended to walk within.

It’s important to be patient with those who are struggling to get onboard with these New Physics — whether we continue to interface with those individuals or not. Our frustration and vitriol will not move their evolution along any faster, and will only inhibit our own expansion within the system. I’ll be honest — I’m struggling a bit in the patience area with those who are completely caught up with kindling personal dramas and still making it all about them, them, them during such an exciting and transformative time, mostly because my perspective about the timeliness of our “snapping to” is a touch different. (It goes back to that energy mapping thing.) But even I am developing patience. It’s part of my growth right now as well.

2013 is about enacting hardcore choices in our life trajectory, compassionate love for the self over tough love, stepping into who we know we really are, and reaching into ourselves to overcome fear with faith in our fellow humans. It’s also about just “knowing”, or accepting that we will be granted what we need when we need it (if you build it they will come), not fretting that we will “go without”. It’s about committing to action for what is right for the whole over the desperation of the self. It’s about being a little uncomfy once in a while in our daily routine so that the Whole will right itself down the road. It’s about addressing any Holes in our sense of self so that they may be repaired by our own action that uplifts others, not stuff, people, opportunities, or vindictive revenge. It’s about believing in the balance of the spirit and allowing the Spiritual System to work. It’s about not needing to structure our life so it’s all about what makes us feel good all the time no matter who is impacted — that personal indulgence is dangerous at this juncture as it leads right back to a dead-end hallway attached to the old system. It’s not about selflessness, but more about honoring others as we would honor ourselves. It’s not about “Love and Light” but about Living Light.

There will still be human insecurity. There will still be foibles and missteps and the need for people to say they are sorry. We will always make mistakes. But our days of having to learn through restriction and suffering are over — if we so choose.

Human kind, it’s time to grow out of our adolescence as a species — time to rise to the occasion for our planet and each other and time to relish in the type of spiritual completion that comes through accomplishing healing in others and on the planet. It’s time to realize that we are built to be fearless and joyful multi-taskers. There is more to our life path than simply our own purpose.

This is not a drill. This a pass / fail scenario.

I choose pass.

The Weight of the Shift: When the Bough Breaks

The grade school shooting in Connecticut not only leaves me with a sense of overwhelming grief but a sickened pit in the bottom of my stomach. I’m certain I’m not alone in this sensation. President Obama, a leader known for his ability to harness his emotions, struggled greatly to get through his address to the nation, dabbing tears from the corners of his eyes. Though this is not the first time in the United States that a gunman has opened fire on innocent victims, the nature of this event is nothing more than insidious. We as a people are feeling the impact of this event more than ever, in part due to the openness of the holiday season and also in part due to the connected nature of humanity at this time in our spiritual evolution. The ripples created in our cumulative emotional pond send waves of despair to impact each of us in a way that rocks the hulls of our daily lives.

This insidious event comes at a very delicate tipping point for not only we as a nation, both socially and spiritually for we as a global people. This is not simply about a mentally ill young man who appeared to take out his rage against his mother — a teacher — by killing her, then enacting hideousness toward the innocent children who mattered in her life. This event is an ear-marker in the breaking point of the human spirit — or in more secular terms, the human psyche. This tragedy marks a key moment in the approaching event horizon affecting the consciousness shift toward which humanity is on a collision course.

This blog is not about my attempting to “make sense” out of a senseless tragedy by blaming it on Dec 21st 2012. It’s about whistle-blowing on the physics of such a tragedy. And that whistle-blowing is likely to challenge the thoughts and beliefs of many. That’s why it’s called whistle-blowing and not “winning a popularity contest”.

“The Devil Made Me Do It” is hardly a reasonable defense. Yet it is not only irresponsible but unconscionable to experience an incident such as this Connecticut shooting and not discuss the white elephant in the room: The polarization occurring in the bowels of the human spirit.

This polarization has been termed “the shift”, “the rapture”, “the awakening”, all colorful euphemisms that struggle to identify only a portion of the nature of the effect a global transcendence in consciousness has had on humanity. Certainly, bad things happen and always will. Broken human beings can and will act like monsters. That’s part of the frailty of our species. But the nature of this Connecticut tragedy, the energy around this tragedy, is different. It is a marker toward something else. It is not a warning shot fired across a bow, but a torpedo taken into the gut of a warship that is rapidly taking on water.

Therefore, I simply cannot “get onboard” with the malaise of thought which preaches that the mechanics of this shooting is “nothing new” — when a big part of what is fueling the ugliness is absolutely something new. So for those who will be offended by the notion that humanity can evolve as a species enough to experience a new depth, be it spiritual, societal, or emotional, that we have yet to experience — this blog is not for you.

I however, along with many others, have observed that the spirit and psyche of humanity has been in a boiling pot whose temperature has been rising steadily over the last ten years. Though there has been a recession and terrorist issues, the boiling of which I speak is a pressure brought on not by the fear of homeland comforts threatened, but a fight-or-flight response triggered on a spiritually subconscious level — or for my more science minded friends — the pressure put on our spiritual DNA to evolve, or die.

Every species must evolve. If they do not, their DNA will be considered obsolete. It’s the way creation recycles the best of itself, over and over again. The notion that “the nature of humanity will never change” is not only absolutely antiquated, but inanely limiting to our species. Humans will always seek to survive at any cost, certainly. But that is not our “nature”. That is a universal survival instinct. Human nature changes with cultural need, and has throughout the centuries. The nature through which humans seek these basic survival needs WILL change, based upon education, circumstances, mores, and resources. This trend is observable historically. We once burned “witches” out of fear. We don’t anymore. In first-world countries, we once skinned people alive and de-bowled them in front of a crowd, for entertainment. We don’t anymore. Why? Because those acts now offend the nature of humanity, where once — human nature was blamed for their enactment.

As a species, we are far greater than the sum total of our fears and weaknesses. And we are just now beginning to believe that, globally, in 2012, because we can see the Muslim guy across the world in Iraq on YouTube posting a video of his child’s third birthday party and though we can’t understand what he’s saying, we understand the smile in his eyes as his child throws her arms around his neck. We no longer are afforded the blind judgment under which to operate in order to create the “us-against-them” ideology that allowed very dark people to control the world for a very long time. We are changing as species, from the inside out, from the cellular memory of our beautiful point of origin right through to the pores of our skin. I can see it in people. I can feel the change in humanity’s resonant energy field. It’s real. And as far as I’m concerned, those who are in denial about this change might as well post on Facebook that they believe the world is flat.

Once can posit the question: If we’re changing, then how could this heinous act occur in Connecticut? The answer is in the nature of how this tragedy has shaken us to the core as a nation. And the answer is in the tragedy itself.

There was a time when it took the dropping of the World Trade Centers for we as a nation to lift our noses out of the McDonalds bag long enough to feel this type of pain. Now — we are able to feel the wretching pain of those Connecticut parents, right in our cells. The breath is knocked from our bellies in front of the TV screen as we watch the coverage in Connecticut because we can actually FEEL the WEIGHT of that pain. The actual pain, not simply the idea of the pain. Our empathy has been heightened to a point of almost directly interfacing with one another.

The evolution of the species includes turning on our emotional Bluetooths within our human wireless network — or our spirits. This is why many of us are able to experience the actual pain running through humanity’s pipeline straight into our souls, when previously we would be able to frown piously and say a prayer on our way out to happy hour.

We’ve changed. We’ve evolved, spiritually, socially, and psychologically. We have made the choice to connect to those around us everyday  and make their journey OUR journey. It’s called Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest — all catalysts for awareness adjustments. Unknown to us, these catalysts have created a choice in awareness for us to be connected to ALL. That is how the spiritual evolution of a species works. We think we’re doing something for one silly reason — to post a photo of our scary fruitcake sent to us by a scary relative —  yet it has more far-reaching affects in another area, such as getting into a discussion on the fruitcake thread with a gal suffering under abuse in Uganda, who thought the cake looked good. The post was about the fruitcake. The ensuing thread is about loving support for someone we’ve never met.

Welcome to Light finding cracks through which to grow a daisy in the remains of the post-Apocalyptic sidewalk.

Human nature changes. And we can only benefit from understanding these changes to better assist those who are spun into the chaos of feeling this spiritual DNA shifting beneath their skin, yet having no idea what’s occurring. Like this tragic young man who shot his mother and 26 other people. We’d spend more time at this point in our culture attempting to explain to someone who was bitten by a werewolf what to expect from the bite than we are spending time explaining to people what to expect from this shift we are experiencing.

Though this shift has the potential for amazingly positive results, it isn’t all about rainbows and unicorns. It’s about bringing to the surface any and all issues a person contains within themselves. The “spiritual pressure”, if you will, has been rising, just like a pressurized canning kettle. All the jars in the kettle are being put under extreme heat and pressure so that the lids will seal. In this instance, the pressure is coming from within all of us and is created by the spiritual “pressure” of the change in consciousness from the “I” to the “we”. Those who are capable, or who have the tools, to “vent out” the pressure of this shift will do so, in a productive way. We will become hyper aware of the needs of the many over the needs of the few — reference the Occupy Movement, for instance. Those who don’t have those same tools, or who don’t believe they have an outlet — will snap.

It is these people to whom we ALL must reach out. We are ONE BODY as a people. We are ONE SPIRIT as a people. We are one body with CREATION. That is our design. It is because we have cultivated a LIE about our “autonomy” that those who struggle with the darkness and pain brought on by an illusion of isolation are then left with nothing but lashing out, to be seen — to have the suffering of their existence be made relevant even in some horrific way. We “shelve” the problems of those we consider the least of us: The mentally ill, the hopeless, the poor — because we do not see how they are us — and we are them — until we are wounded by their crippling desperation. When a portion of us fall, we all fall. When a portion of us suffer — we all suffer.

No one deserves to feel like they are drowning in the pressure of their own skin. It is a lonely, frightening sensation. That type of “soul invisibility” will warp one’s image of oneself. We as a culture have allowed people to drown in themselves for decades. We have figured it was “their own problem”: Seek a therapist. Buck up. Get a grip. Bother someone else. And though I do believe only we can choose to fix what is “off” in each one of us — if someone slips off the deck of the crab boat and is plunged into the freezing water of the Bering Sea, too paralyzed by the cold to move their arms to save themselves — do we let them drown, because they were fool enough to step foot on the crab boat in the first place?

Do we allow each other to drown simply because we are fool enough to be human? Well that certainly is the height of self-loathing judgment and lack of empathy, isn’t it?

Of course, in the case of the boat — we pull in the person from the freezing water. Surely, no one can save another person from their lessons or do “the work” for them that they themselves can only grow through doing. Yet we as a species can, and should, extend compassion much more readily. Emotional support is everyone’s right. Those that seek to exploit that right through exaggerated dramas and never-ending me-me-me scenarios in order to gain attention usually get cut off by friends and family. And they should. But those who are doing the best they can to maintain an even ballast, especially in the face of challenging circumstances, do deserve the dignity of the benefit of the doubt, and the effort of our compassion.

Especially when someone is crushed beneath the spiritual pressure that is so tremendous right now — because we all are. We are ALL on the edge of the spiritual crab boat’s slippery deck, clinging to an iced-over railing as huge waves are bashing 1000 pound crab pots overboard. I could go into what is causing the pressure of this “Dec. 21st 2012 shift”, an energetic event foretold by not only the Mayans, but the Incas, the Aztecs, the ancient Chinese, the Hindus and the Hopi. It’s a complex and fascinating cocktail containing astrology, collective consciousness, geothermal vortex shifting, and some good ol’ cause and effect. But, at the end of the day, the “why’s” don’t matter. It’s what we do with it. It’s how we handle the complicated hand we’ve been dealt. It’s how we finally talk about it, and debunk the mystery of the oppression that comes with it.

It’s how we come out of our own spiritual closet.

I’m not suggesting that because we are nearing Dec 21st 2012, the Connecticut shooter is enacting some doomsday prophecy. To do so would be horrific sensationalism and outrageously disrespect those whose lives have been lost. I’m suggesting that the shooter is a heinous and tragic example of a soul squashed in the pressure cooker of this shift who felt he had no where to go and ergo — nothing left to lose. I’m suggesting he is an example of what is possible with our populations when we are not made aware of the spiritual environment in which we are emersed right now. This “boiling under pressure” isn’t anything new. Stick a frog in a pot of water and slowly increase the temperature. By the time the frog is boiling, it has no idea until it’s heart stops.

Why do we think we’re any different? And why aren’t we talking about what is REALLY happening here? I fear it’s because we’re terrified. After all, how can we stop an energetic transition? We can’t. And when we feel trapped, we lash out.

People under pressure snap. Especially when they have no idea what’s happening. I’ve had countless clients over the last 18 months tell me that they feel as though they are “losing their minds”. In fact they are simply feeling the weight of this energetic change-over, yet no one is choosing to speak about how those spiritual physics put pressure on us to “clean our emotional house”. Because God forbid you sound like one of those Metafizzly nutjobs, or one of those wacked-out Fire-and-Brimstone Revelationists. Or worse — someone trying to sell your line of Mayan Tarot Cards, special 2012 edition.

The spiritual pressure that is enacted upon the earth at this time is not only highly unique to this time period for many reasons, but tragically invisible to many, though they feel its effects. It would be as if an elephant was standing on your toe but you were being told it wasn’t an elephant because there are no such things as elephants in Indiana. The Principle vs The Reality are two different things. And, this 2012 transition has been blown way out of proportion by either psycho survivalists obsessed with “The End”, or wack-cracks in the Metaphysical industry who have gone on and on about some completely unrealistic “Nirvana” we’re going to achieve through this “shift”. After awhile, mainstream people think the whole thing just is bullpucky, and I can’t say I blame them.

Yet this spiritual transition is very real even though it’s been packaged to be completely ridiculous. That’s why my patience wanes with those who wish to minimalize this period of time as “just another cycle”. No, its not, and to suggest such also suggests a limitation on the claiming individual’s ability to comprehend the complexities of the times we’re in. Nothing more, nothing less. People either “get it” right now — or they don’t. Whatever. I’m not here to sell the concept of “the end of the world”. On the contrary. What is attempting to occur is an enormous beginning. And to do that, destructive old useless systems must go by the wayside. If we ourselves are dedicated to those old, destructive systems — if that’s what we decide we’re made of — then, we too will go by the wayside.

Sure, there are mechanical aspects of this time period that have occurred before — a public shooting, financial crisis, humans behaving horrifically, climate change, etc. But those things have never happened while we, as a people, as a species, have been aligned with such a global “awareness” because the last time we had climate change, there was no internet to connect everyone.  And according to NASA, 10,000 years ago during the last ice age, we weren’t even near the high-gravity-well zone in the Milky Way that our solar system has been passing through since 2008 which has increased the gravitational pull on the planet, and upped our massive earthquakes. The HAARP Array wasn’t around 2000 years ago to affect the weather patterns by dinking around with the Ionosphere.

So yes, though the earth has experienced many like issues at one time or another in our known history — no, we haven’t “gone through this” combination of challenges before, as a species. That’s why many ancient world cultures were able to peek into the future ethers and see that this time period is a unique opportunity for growth — or, as the Hindus labeled it — “The Golden Age”. From their perspective, the spiritual weight of change was so dramatic and obvious, it was akin to spying a waving guy wearing a spotted clown outfit through a telescope while scoping out the identical and endless sand dunes of the Mojave.

The Dec 21st 2012 event horizon is designed to separate the contrary energies within people and set their feet on a definitive path. Think of this “shift”, or energetic time period, like a sluice box in mining: There are different chambers and sections of the box which enable the rolling water and all the refuse within to be separate from the gold.

The Universe is separating our gold from our gook, within every one of us.

Many metaphysical cultures speak of the post December 21st 2102 climate as an almost euphoric society where people are able to come together and ugliness is eradicated. Though there will be a majority of people who will experience this social and spiritual transcendence in a way that would inspire that sort of healing action, many other people will experience this polarization as a threat because they fear the growth within themselves. They fear the loss of what they feel they have built, not seeing that one does not lose, but gain, by growth. They will feel their “world is ending”. As humanity continues to connect with each other at speeds unheard of in our previous cultural evolution thanks to never-before obtained technologies and Social Media, we all are allowed a front-row seat to every major action taken across the globe — including our collective reaction to pain.

And guess what? We’ve learned that surprise surprise, nearly all of us are leveled by the exact same painful situations. Why? Because we are one body. We always have been. We just bought into an illusion of separation from one another, from God, from the earth.

Has the universe gone through transitions other times, in many different ways? Sure. But all the pieces have never been in place like they are right now to create this particular environment. There have been different pieces — just not these. Again, those who just want to believe this is “just another cycle in humanity” are welcome. It’s not something I’m going to debate — just like I wouldn’t debate with folks who don’t believe global warming is real, or don’t believe dinosaurs are real. Believe what you wish — knock yourself out. At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter what anyone believes. It matters what we do, now that we’re here. We no longer have the luxury, as a race, to banter “why” the wave hit the deck. We need to get busy pulling people in from the freezing ocean who have gone overboard. To argue the “why’s” in the face of greater fish to fry is part of the self-absorbed old system that is in the process of dying.

It’s time to roll up our sleeves and help. Regardless of “why”.

I believe that Human Kind is not doomed to learn only through pain. Think about it. That’s what we’ve been taught. Born into what I’ve termed as “The Cult of Limitation”, we’ve been taught that we must suffer what for what wish to have. That’s garbage. Yes, we all need to work hard. But suffer? That’s ridiculous, and a counter-productive use of spiritual energies. God didn’t design us to be miserable. We just thought we’d try that experience on while we were down here.

I’m here to claim that we as a species, through thousands of years of enacting our worst impulses and watching the cause and effect of such atrocities, are now capable of learning through pre-emptive compassion. We don’t need to watch someone martyr themselves to “get the point”.  That’s why we, as the body of humanity, are all hurting so greatly over the senseless deaths in Connecticut: It didn’t need to happen for who we are now, as a people, to learn that “killing is bad”. What we learned through this horrendous tragedy is that we, as a species, are far more compassionately connected than we realized. And that realization is uncompromisingly important.

There is no law that can save the masses from the brokenness of someone like the Connecticut shooter. I believe strongly that we do need better gun laws, absolutely. It’s much harder to get approved for a home loan than it is to buy a gun and you can’t kill someone with a house (unless the house is in Amityville or you’re the tornado from “The Wizard of Oz”). Why is it easier to buy a gun than a house? Because we value our money more than we value human life. Therein lies the problem with morality in this nation. Before we worry about whether or not God is in schools, we need to define who we believe God to be. As for the United States of America, Money is the Almighty.

I’ve seen numerous posts on Facebook that if we, as a society, would cease violence in video games or put God back into schools, events such as the Connecticut shooting wouldn’t happen. Well, I’d love to believe that. I do believe our casual desensitization of youth through video violence is on a surreal par with something from The Hunger Games. And I’m all for students learning about ALL world religions. However  — God will not save us from ourselves, no matter how much stimuli we strip away. God will never do that. We have to do that. That’s why God gave us free will. That’s why this shift is happening, so we can get it together and be the very best versions of ourselves that we were intended to be. God is present on this plane through our compassion and our actions. God doesn’t simply appear like a referee in a football game and call penalties as we go along. I wish God would. Visible flags on the field would make this whole thing a lot easier to navigate.

The principles of morality will not save someone in the face of their own desperate pain. Nor will the principles of morality curtail the effects of mental illness. Morality, however, should inspire those of us who remain as survivors of this wounded body to step forward and enact compassionate outstretched arms to those who may be hurting. We never know who we have loved, who without that love, would easily become a shooter at a school down the road. We can only teach another human being the value of life — to a point. It is then up to that person to CHOOSE to value life. Morality is a choice, and God, in Gods infinite wisdom, gave us the ability to choose. Part of Humanity’s evolution is learning to not only value our life — but all life. There is currently a 100 square mile floating patch of garbage in the Pacific Ocean, hundreds of feet thick, that has fouled the water so badly that all flora and fauna on the ocean floor thousands of feet below — are dead. A majority of the corporate heads from the USA who decided to add to that trash heap are well into their 70’s by now, and grew up in schools saying the pledge of allegiance — and praying. So clearly, God in the schools alone didn’t teach these US corporate heads enough morality to value life.

Regrettably, there is no quick fix for the lack of a conscience.

At this time in our human evolution, with the advent of this global innate connectedness that inadvertently educates us and turns into a friend those we once demonized out of fear — humankind is out of excuses for acting selfishly. The nature of this shift is to polarize, set right, and bring together. At this point in time, after years of ramp-up and chances to “pick a side”, people’s spiritual alliances have already been set in motion. We are either on “Team Light”, or we are on “Team Dark”. That’s a very unpopular opinion in most secular and even metaphysical circles, who are still operating under the auspice that we can flip-flop day in and day out and it won’t affect anything. That isn’t true anymore, and it hasn’t been for awhile. Not under these spiritual physics. I’m sorry if that is inconvenient for all those fence riders out there — but I didn’t make the rules. I’m just observing them.

Certainly, we can always change our minds. However, it seems that our minds and our paths have been set for now until this shake-out can knock loose all the pieces of the Universal Puzzle that are muddying the mix.

Hearts have either expanded, or hardened. It is the nature of the polarization.

The human spirit is designed to operate in Light. That is our point of origin, our home. It’s why we all grieve as one body over this senseless tragedy.  It’s why a majority of us are simply incapable of understanding how this could happen. As we feel the heat continue to rise through this transition, it’s the job for those of we who recognize what’s occurring to attempt to give a hand-up to those who may be stumbling. We do this not through beating a Bible over someone’s head or forcing someone to swear to one set of religious ideals or another on principle. It is no longer about the principle. It is about the actions — of forgiveness, of compassion, of empathy. We give a compassionate hand to a struggling person because it is right. Not because if we don’t, God will be mad. We do it because we want to. Not because if we don’t, we’ll suffer the penalty of Hell.

Human beings do not have to suffer through our lessons alone. Because of the nature of these spiritual physics of change, a majority of folks who have chosen the rocky road will very stubbornly stay there. That is their choice. The people who have chosen the road of Light will continue to grow this road, and grow community with one another. It is the very few stragglers, the people who are lost in the middle, shoved outside the door jam by the pressure of the times we are in, who are wobbling beneath the uncertainty of this spiritual pressure cooker. It is to them we must extend an empathetic hand.

The shootings in Connecticut are mind-numbing. And sickening. A majority of the USA is on our knees in stunned horror. The empathic reaction of the latter is actually a positive sign for the direction of humanity, which has been on a bleak trajectory. We suffer greatly tonight with our body in Connecticut. There are no words to console a parent over the loss of a child. As the body, we can only lean on one another to grant strength forward.

May God bring peace to our body during this Holiday Season in which hope weaves strength and compassion extinguishes the burning sting of seemingly senseless acts.  And may we all have clarity in how to proceed through this most polarizing energetic transformation  — leading us into the last great frontier to explore: Our own inner depths.
